Palette and Frame Art Gallery

Palette and Frame Art Gallery in the heart of N8 is a creative space built around community and the belief that art should feel welcoming to everyone. Founded by artist Joe Barrow, the gallery was created to offer an alternative to the formality that can sometimes make art spaces feel distant or intimidating. 

That inclusive approach shapes not only the visitor experience, but the artists featured too. The gallery champions a broad mix of work, giving space to local artists alongside voices and perspectives that are not always equally represented in traditional gallery settings. The artwork on show reflects the diversity of the community and audience it serves, offering a rich mix of styles, stories and viewpoints that help more people see something of themselves in the work.

Alongside regularly changing exhibitions, Palette and Frame hosts weekly life drawing classes and evening events that encourage conversation, creativity and connection. More than a gallery, it is a neighbourhood space where people can discover new artists, meet like-minded visitors and enjoy art in a relaxed setting that feels open to all.
